Code of Conduct for event series participants (event attendees, sponsors, advertisers, staff)

1. PURPOSE
The HR Innovator aims to create a community of like-minded people, so anyone can join. No matter who you are, whether you are a woman or a man, no matter what your sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion, our goal is to create an inclusive, friendly, and safe environment for you.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
There can be no tolerance for unacceptable behavior, whether it comes from other attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors. People are expected to comply immediately with requests to stop unacceptable behavior. Participants who engage in unacceptable behavior may be expelled from the conference without warning or refund if the conference organizers deem such behavior appropriate.
5. SEE IT, SAY IT, SHARE IT
In the event that you encounter unacceptable behavior, notice someone else experiencing unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please inform us at your earliest convenience. No information will be divulged to third parties.

6. SCOPE OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT
It is expected that all virtual, in-person participants will abide by this Code of Conduct , this includes sponsors, attendees, media partners, exhibitors, our staff, volunteers and guests.
7. VIDEO CONSENT POLICY
There is a high likelihood that some of the event series may be recorded, so that participants who cannot attend can view these on demand. Your virtual, in-person or hybrid attendance constitutes your agreement to these terms.
