Elena is an experienced HR professional with a wide range of skills. She currently serves as the Talent Community Manager at Lab08, using her experience and people-focused approach to build a lively professional community. Before this role, she was a pivotal part of GigsRemote as the Talent Development Lead. There, she matched top IT talents with businesses, contributing to the rise of digital engineering and innovation in the freelance gig economy. Her HR journey began in 2015 at EPAM Systems, where she learned the ropes of recruitment strategies and conducting effective interviews. As a Human Resources Business Partner at HeleCloud (SoftwareOne), Elena further expanded her skills in areas like strategic planning, talent management, employer branding, and training and development.
