With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational culture, Sanya has held leadership roles at global companies such as Brandwatch, Falcon.io, and Despark. Her passion lies in building high-performing, people-first organizations where culture and business growth go hand in hand. Sanya combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior, developed through her academic background, including a Master’s in Cultural Economics & Entrepreneurship from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
