Zornitsa Yordanova

Dr. Zornitsa Yordanova is a distinguished expert in Digital Transformation, AI, and Innovation Management, bridging academia and business with her extensive experience. As an Associate Professor at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia—the largest economic university in the Balkans—she teaches and conducts research on Digital Transformation, Management Information Systems, and Innovation and Technology Management. In the business world, she excels in multiple roles: leading international large-scale ICT projects as a project manager, consulting on digital transformation and innovation management, and founding startups. Her ventures include GAPideaz, a software solution for digitalizing corporate innovation processes, and ZoYo Cards, a platform for digital business cards. She also co-founded Intertaxer, focusing on the digitalization and automation of HR processes within Microsoft Office 365, optimizing HR functions such as onboarding, vacation management, and compliance.
